Varvara Garagulia

Biography

In 2002, Varvara graduated from Perm State Ballet School, class of honored teacher N. D. Silvanovich. From 2002 to 2011 she worked in Moscow City Ballet under supervision of honored artist of the Ukrainian SSR, V. Smirnov-Golovanov. From 2011 to 2014 she worked in The Crown of Russian Ballet theatre headed by Anatoly Emelianov. From 2014 to 2016 Varvara was a soloist and administrator in Russian Ballet Theatre headed by Anna Grogol-Alexidze.
Since 2016 she has been a soloist and teacher at Moscow State Ballet.

Cinderella (Cinderella, Winter Fairy, sister Krivlyaka);

Swan Lake (Pas de trois, four swans, three swans, Spanish dance, Russian Bride, Polish Bride, Neapolitan Bride);

The Nutcracker (little Masha, Fritz, Sugar Plum Fairy, Spanish doll, Russian doll);

Giselle (Giselle’s friends, Bathilde, Wilis Zulma and Mona);

The Sleeping Beauty (Fairy of Tenderness, Fairy of Generosity, maid of honour, White Pussycat, Little Red Riding Hood, Princess Florine);

Romeo and Juliet (Juliet’s friends);

Carmen (Carmen’s friends); Bolero.
