Eldar was born on January 11, 1997 in the East Kazakhstani Art. Aktogay. In 2015 he graduated from the Almaty Choreographic School named after A.V. Seleznev. He worked at the Abai State Academic Opera and Ballet Theater in Almaty. In 2016 – 2017 – ballet dancer in the Moscow City Ballet. Since 2018 he has been working at the Moscow State Ballet.
